Founded in 2019 by Datuk Chef Wan and Mr. Andre Shum, the Chef Wan Group of restaurants and cafes offers a unique culinary experience. Their flagship brand, “De.Wan 1958 by Chef Wan,” specializes in premium Malay cuisine within a state-of-the-art venue designed for immersive events. The group also operates Cafe Chef Wan, featuring modern international and local dishes inspired by Chef Wan’s global travels, and Petit Cafe Chef Wan, a quick-service concept offering artisanal pastries, desserts, and select hot foods. The group supports all outlets with a fully-equipped central kitchen, including a dedicated facility for pastry production.

The only premium Malay cuisine restaurant offering banquet-style dining, De.Wan 1958 targets medium to large-scale corporate events, enhancing brand awareness among local and foreign companies. The concept redefines and modernizes Malaysian cuisine and food culture, featuring state-of-the-art 360-degree visual and audio systems.

Petit Cafe Chef Wan

A quick-service concept, Petit Cafe Chef Wan offers grab-and-go options, including artisanal pastries, delectable desserts, and curated hot foods inspired by Chef Wan’s travels. This concept aims to reach a broader audience of Chef Wan fans.
